You'll need 1 can of black beans, rice (optional), 1 cooking onion, maple syrup, chili powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, fresh tomatoes, fresh avocados, salsa, refried beans (no lard!), pickled (or fresh) jalapenos and wheat or corn tortilla wraps!
